Vivendi Games Mobile Releases The Incredible Machine
Vivendi Games Mobile, a division of Vivendi Games has announced it has released the classic puzzle title The Incredible Machine to mobile subscribers in Europe. The mobile version of the game is based on Sierra Entertainment's original PC title and is coming soon to North America.


Namco Networks Announces Availability of Namco's Hit Arcade Titles for AT&T Smart Devices

Linux Mobile Phone Standards Published
The Linux Phone Standards (LiPS) Forum, which is setting out the development of Linux based mobile phones - has published its list of specifications, that are part of LiPS Release 1.0. In addition, LiPS unveiled a roadmap of additional specification areas to be developed through 2008. These LiPS Release 1.0 specifications documents represent the first public deliverables from working group activities since LiPS' founding, and will help to improve interoperability across the Linux-based mobile telephony ecosystem ? from software stack suppliers to mobile device OEMs to regional and global wireless operators.

MobileRated Serves 750,000 Mobile Phone Game Downloads Per Month

Miner 2049er Unearthed For Mobile Phones
Between the ages of 10-12 I had a really odd habit of tearing the advertisements out of gaming magazines and taping them to my bedroom walls to form a mosaic of marketing appreciation and game envy. I remember closing my eyes many a night to the ad for Miner 2049er (this one here) for the Atari 400 / 800. This is all coming back to me because today marks the release of Miner 2049er for mobile phones.
