"MobileCore is a new OpenSource project at SourceForge, aimed at easing cross platform development of games for mobile devices. MobileCore is a very small interface that sits between a game (or game library) and the OS. MobileCore has been implemented for PocketPC and Symbian; a Win9x is also available for easy development. "
