Mforma Announces Mobile Marvel Deal
"Officials from mobile publisher Mforma have announced the singing of a licensing agreement with Marvel Enterprises, that will allow the company to use all Marvel comic book characters (except The Punisher, which, interestingly, is licensed exclusively to THQ) in a variety of mobile games and utilities."
