Europe : At Nokia's annual Capital Market Days taking place in Amsterdam today, Nokia unveiled the Nokia 6290, a versatile 3G smartphone based on the world's leading smartphone software S60 on Symbian OS. The Nokia 6290 is a modern smartphone with a classic, ergonomic design at an accessible price point. The Nokia 6290 is expected to begin shipping in Q1 2007 with an estimated retail price of ?325 before subsidies or taxes.
