MFORMA Opens Chinese Subsidiary
"Officials from mobile publisher MFORMA have announced the establishment of MFORMA China. This new subsidiary is based in Shanghai and is fully licensed and authorized by the Chinese government to do business in China. The company will distribute mobile games and services directly to wireless operators throughout the country. In addition to Shanghai, the company has also opened offices in Beijing to facilitate the growth of content distribution across China."
