Kayak Interactive Completes Acquisition of Chasma Interactive
"SAN MATEO, CA - April 20, 2005 - Kayak Interactive (Kayak), a leading international mobile entertainment publisher, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Chasma Interactive Publishing, based in New Hampshire.
