Alcatel wins Paraguayan GSM contract
"Alcatel has been awarded a new GSM/GPRS mobile network expansion by Hola Paraguay, a 1900MHz mobile service provider in Paraguay. With this project the service provider will extend its network capacity while updating the existing infrastructure with the latest mobile technology enhancements."
