1 Million and Counting for Driv3r
Glu Mobile recently announced it has sold more than 1 million copies of its award-winning mobile game DRIV3R, based on the Atari console game of the same name. The mobile game, which features scenes in Miami, Nice and Istanbul, was one of the first successful conversions of a console mega-hit onto the mobile platform when it launched in June 2004. It is a genre that Glu continues to exploit, most recently with the announcement of the follow-up mobile exclusive, DRIVER: VEGAS.
