arvato mobile, a wholly-owned division of arvato AG, announced the successful acquisition of Movota Ltd, a UK-based company with international focus. Movota offers unique patent-pending technologies for mass TV and Radio audience participation using ordinary mobile phones – technologies that have already been used successfully in a number of prime-time television shows.
