Boasting Bluetooth, Java, BREW and video ringtones among other features, Nokia slates the 6165 and 2855 clamshell CDMA handsets for launch in the first half of 2006.
Updating its range of CDMA handsets, Nokia has announced the 2855 and 6165 clamshell CDMA phones due for arrival in the first half of 2006. As the most advanced of the two handsets, the 6165 offers up analog and CDMA 800/1900 MHz network support with CDMA2000 1xRTT for data transfer speeds up to 150 Kbps, as well as Infrared, Bluetooth and USB via Nokia's proprietary Pop-port connector for shorter-range connectivity.
