Mobile game developer Universomo to acquire software company DiCode
Universomo, a Finnish mobile game house providing game development for many international publishers, has agreed to buy DiCode Oy, a software company specializing in subcontracting. The acquisition, made to react to the rapidly growing mobile games market and the increased need for skilled staff, positions Universomo as the largest independent mobile game developer in Finland.
