BEIJING -(Dow Jones)- The number of fixed-line phone users in China is expected to rise by 30 million this year, while mobile-phone users are likely to rise by 48 million, boosting the country's total phone users to more than 820 million, the official Xinhua News Agency reported Monday, citing the Ministry of Information Industry.
