Nokia, Sanyo Intend To Form Global CDMA Mobile Phone Operations
STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Nokia and SANYO Tuesday unveiled a preliminary agreement with the intent to form a new global company comprised of their respective CDMA mobile phones businesses, separate from the parent companies.
