2GB Memory Cards for Mobile Phones
Toshiba has announced an expanded line-up of large capacity miniSD memory cards with the introduction of a 2GB capacity card which can be used in mobile phones. The new Toshiba-branded miniSD card will be available from mid-June 2006. At just 20.0mm x 21.5mm x 1.4mm, the miniSD card is much smaller than a standard SD memory card. Its primary application is mobile devices with miniSD slots, although it can also be used in standard SD card memory slots through the use of a suitable adapter.
