Nokia, Siemens merger to offset LatAm power balance
The decision announced this week by Finnish mobile phone manufacturer Nokia and German equipment supplier Siemens to merge their networking units will create the third largest communications infrastructure company in Latin America, according to Pyramid Research analyst Sergio Cruz.
