Trip Hawkins has been talking about how the founding principles of his most famous creation EA, has helped shape his most recent creation Digital Chocolate.
Hawkins founded Electronic Arts in 1980 and steered it to a position of industry leadership, a position it holds today. While many of the game publishers of the early years have suffered bankruptcy, EA has generally been a stable force. Hawkins believes much of this is down to the company’s original vision.
